Whoo Pig Sooie

Saturday, we headed to Fayetteville to see the Razorbacks play Vanderbilt!

As soon as we got to town, we headed to set up the tailgate!!
We have a group of Family friends that our family has tailgated with since before I was born, so I just love getting to catch up and see them all.

Saturday's Spread!
I made a "HOGS" centerpiece on Friday to take with us!! It is made of 250 Carnations!

My Dad had asked me to make something, and I did it for fun. But everyone thinks it needs to be a new tailgate tradition for our spot in the pit and that I should sell them. So if you want one for your next tailgate or a another "Razorback" themed real floral arrangement email Shawna.YoungDesigns@yahoo.com

This weekend we were "When Pigs Fly." KNWA showed us all calling the hogs and interviewed our "Lifelong Fan" Mr. Hal for their segment. I will post a link when I find it!
The Head Hogs of the families...
Mrs. Pam, Mrs. Debbie, Mrs. Betsy, Momma (Mona), & Wendi all sported red wings!
Love my parents!
So glad Miss Gail stopped by!!
Not a true tailgate experience unless you attend the walk-through
We had a great turnout of family & friends at the tailgate on Saturday!! We got to catch up with friends we haven't seen in weeks and also a few that we haven't seen in years that happened to be in town. Love SEC football in the south!!
Holding down the fort in the early hours
Makin' sure the food was alright...which it was delicious!
Game Time

My camera kinda got distracted in the second quarter after Peyton Hillis lead the Hog Call. Can you blame me? Pretty good eye candy.

Saturday was Homecoming for the University of Arkansas!! Congrats to the two kappas and friends of mine that were on court!!

Miss Ashley Shelton
And Queen Miss Hannah Henson
So proud of you two!!

And proud that the Razorbacks pulled it off!!!
Got my football fix till the LSU game in the rock!!! Well at least my fix of watching them in person, I will be cheering them on from afar these next few weeks!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!

Happy Halloween a.k.a. Paranormal Haunted Tour of LR

Since tonight is Halloween, I figured this post would be perfect. Last week, I joined the "Bunko Babes," my mother's bunko group that has been around since the early 90's, for their witches brew festival. This year, they went on a Haunted Tour of Little Rock to see the "spirits" within the city and learn about the paranormal activity that occurs, and they let a few of the "children" tag along. We were "junior witches in training" if you will...
Not knowing exactly what we were getting ourselves into, and coming straight from a meeting to join them last minute, we just wore hats (not our full witches gear).

We met at The Arsenal at MacArthur Museum took an "introductory" tour then were off to see how haunted Little Rock and North Little Rock is. Here is our tour guide and an investigator.
We hopped on a trolley and off we went...
